The clinic used to close before many of its patients finished work. This summer, a new group of volunteer nurses, translators, and reception workers is making two evening sessions possible each week.

Appointments cover routine care, screenings, and help navigating larger health systems. Staff members say the most common need is not a single prescription or test, but a reliable place to start.

The expansion is intentionally modest. The clinic is watching wait times and volunteer capacity before adding another evening, because a predictable schedule is more useful than hours that disappear after a few busy months.
